Our primary mission is to help Tenants to become Homeowners in the Jackson Area. However, we find that selling to landlord/investors with seller financing may ultimately work for our purposes. . . . longterm. After renting for a while, the landlord/investor may find a tenant who wants to become a homeowner also. So we can sell to landlord/investors and it follows the same qualifying process but without the initial rental period. At closing, the landlord/investor would be a deed and execute a note and mortgage to the seller. Same process.
